Delivery is made by Canada Post across Canada.

Contact customer service for a quote on delivery outside of Canada info@distribu-ongle.com.

Shipping fees are based on actual costs and we pay depends on the weight and distance. For pricing information after selecting your desired items, go to the "CART" click "ORDER" at the bottom right of the screen, if it is not already log in to your account or register you (registration is necessary as it allows to know your contact information to calculate shipping charges), then select the delivery address, click "CONTINUE" and you know the shipping costs for your order. If this does not suit you, you will simply delete the shopping cart and no order reaches us.

Monday to Friday, all orders received before 13h00 will ship same day. Note that there is no delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

If one of your products is not available, we will contact you to let you know when it will be. If the delivery does not suit you, you'll be able to replace the item, otherwise we perform an automatic refund of the item in question.

There is no delivery charge for gift certificates to any destination in Canada.

If you prefer to pick up your order and paid locally in cash, you only have to place your order online, go to the checkout and click on "Removing the store" and "Paying by cheque- /money order" . Then make an appointment by email at info@distribu-ongle.com to pick up your order.

Please note that we ALWAYS receive, by post-canada, delivery confirmation when you receive your order. If you have not received any orders and we have not received confirmation of delivery of this order, we will immediately take steps to trace your lost item. However, if we have confirmation of delivery Post-canada, we are in no way responsible for what happened with the order delivered to the shipping address specified when you placed the order.

Therefore, we suggest you always recheck the shipping address and postal code to avoid errors in delivery that we can not in any way be held responsible.
